Switch between 2 matches on one channel

Sky sports normally have 2 games on the one channel and you can switch between the 2 of them but pressing the red button I think. Does anyone know how to do this on the now tv box? Can’t find anything anywhere about this.

Unfortunately there is no red button service on Sky Sports using a nowtv sports pass
