Sky sports pass

Hi I’ve ordered the sky sports monthly pass and activated my sky sports voucher on my Xbox but it won’t let me watch sky sports on it but will on my phone I wanted to watch through my Xbox as I was hoping to watch the match with my son and wife but it doesn’t work

@Anonymous User Off the top of my head, I can think of two reasons (both probably wrong) as to why you’re having your problem.

1. You’re using an Xbox 360, which is no longer supported, or

2. You bought the much cheaper mobile sports pass as opposed to the full sports pass. The mobile sports pass is limited to 5 specific channels and is only useable on mobile phones.
