Old White Box replacement

I get email to register for a Free NowTV dongle as old white box will not work in future. But what if have 2 or more boxes, how do I get those replaced.

Unable to talk or chat with a live NowTV person. Appalling service, having to spend time going round in circles on the Help and so called Chat page, which isn't.

Are you showing a pattern of active use of all those boxes?

 

NowTV, alas, will know if I just dig my old white boxes out of the bits box in the loft and wave them at NowTV, hoping in vain that each will be turned into a Stick 😢

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
