NowTV box and account refusing sign in.

I am constantly having trouble signing into my account, sometimes for days at a time, and it's totally infuriating! Not only will my NowTV account refuse to sign me in on my laptop, whenever I try to use my NowTV box with my tv it won't even load the main menu. I've tried turning it off and on again and resetting the box. Very disappointed with this service.

I'm very sorry to hear that. Can you please tell me what exactly happens when you're trying to sign in? Do you get error messages or codes?

Hi Birgit,

I don't get any error messages at all. When I try to sign in on my laptop I click the 'sign in' button, my details are auto-filled so I click the pink button and it just sends me back to the page I was originally on with the 'sign in' button still in the top right corner.

When I try to sign in on my Now TV box, I click on the Now TV app from the main menu, it starts to load and then just quits and sends me back to the main menu.

The only device that Now TV regularly works on is my phone.
