If it is really the LG TV reporting this, rather than it just displaying the message from a connected NowTV device, then it is likely a NetCast model from 2014 or earlier, on which NowTV has likewise been discontinued.
If so, and you don’t have any other NowTV devices handy to use instead, jump onto Live Chat and see if they can sort you out with a free or discounted NowTV Stick as a replacement.
NB: this has likewise been done to death in the Community, though you may not have seen all the posts about it.
Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
