I have tried to reboot it, and looked at previous messages on here, but nothing has worked! The box is about 18 months old, so shouldn't really have happened. Any advice will be appriciated. Thankyou in advance!

Sorry to hear that your having trouble getting your box connected to your WIFI.
Can you let us know who your internet provider is ? and the make and model of router ?
