I have recently tried to watch hayu on my now tv box but I don’t seem to have an option anywhere to watch this

can anyone let me know how I can do this please

Are you using the older white nowtv box, where the Hayu Pass is not supported on these white boxes.

Only the nowtv black box, smart Freeview box, smart 4K box and smart stick supports the Hayu Pass on them.
