EETV ERROR : Sorry, your sign in details are incorrect

I can log in on my phone or computer using the same details but the Now Tv app on my EETV box wont allow me. How do I fix this?

Hi @Anonymous User

 

Can you do a reset of your router please, Also make sure that you are using the same router that you were supplied with from EE.

 

Please make sure that you haven't altered any of your DNS settings or using a VPN on your connection as well 🙂
