Hi,
I have just received an error message on my TV from Now TV stating that they will be turning off my device as it is unable to support updates on it. I have had this years and paid for the device back in the day and pay a monthly fee for the channels. Since this device is being turned off, is it as simple as moving it to a NOW TV USB stick? Do I have to pay for this stick?

NowTV have sent an email to their customers who are using the white nowtv box has their main primary nowtv streaming device when watching NowTV with a free NowTV Stick offer.

I didn't get the email offer myself because I haven't used the white boxes in years and not sure the deadline date to claim the offer because I haven't seen the email in question.
