Connecting to Now TV

As soon as I turn on my TV it seems to be automatically tuning to AV. Also when in Now TV it is saying I am not connected. However I clearly am connected to the Internet as I can use my laptop and iPad.

Have tried all your suggestions and still cannot connect even though I have access to the Internet.

can I upgrade to a new now tv black box.?

There are some great deals for the new black NOW TV Box if you are interested @Anonymous User so it is worth keeping an eye out!

 

We'll still do our best to help you with your current box though. Could you let us know if you're getting an error message when you try to connect to the Internet?

The information you provided did not help the problem. I purchased a new black Now TV Box and everything is working perfectly. My old white Now TV Box was clearly faulty.
