Entertainment Pass and can't access the Sky channels - help please.

Just signed up for the Entertainment Pass for 6 months.  Can't access any of the Sky channels, cannot find a Menu at all. Connected by internet cable through YouView.  ?  Help please.

Hi @Anonymous User  unfortunately Entertainment does not work on You view.  I noticed you have posted in the LG section.  By chance do you have an LG Smart TV?  If not there are other devices you can watch Now on incl Chromecast or a Now box.

Thanks for your reply. We have an LG smart tv but I have to download the Now TV app which it doesn't like, it crashes.  But we have You View players and apps section that Now TV features in and I can sign into that app but only the Sky Cinema appears and I cannot access a menu.

In the interest in collecting information: -

• What's your LG televisions 'Model/Type' number and 'Software Version' number?
  [Which can be found via: Support '?' -> Product/Service Info.]
• What's your NOW TV 'app' version?
  [Which can be found by launching the NOW TV app then visiting: My Account and looking 'top right' of the screen...]
• Have you tried your LG televisions 'Intialization of App' option (if available on your model)?
  [Which can be found via: Support '?' -> Initialization of App]
• How is your LG television connected to the internet. Is it via a wired or wireless (WiFi) ethernet connection?

Are you trying to watch nowtv via a smart app on the LG TV or via your YouView box ?

If it is through your YouView box then unfortunately due to YouView rights restrictions you can only watch nowtv movies only.

trying to watch it through You View box. So we will go to the tv browswer and download the app and try again.  Thanks for your help
