Why Has Nickelodeon and Nick Jr Disappeared From Entertainment Pass

One of the reasons I signed up for 6months was because of the kids channels on the entertainment package and now they have gone and I'm told I need to buy a kids pass. Am I going to be refunded for the loss of channels I've lost and originally paid for?
