Vodafone Entertainment Pass - Hasn't started

I applied for my Now Tv Entertainment Pass from my Vodafone Red and when i try to watch something it's saying i have to start the free 14-day trial, any help?

Not familiar with the Vodafone promo offer, but it sounds to me if you are seeing the 14 day free trial offer then possibly it could be that the Vodafone entertainment pass didn't go through properly the first time (maybe try the link again from the Vodafone text message).

Also, i am assuming you haven't created more than one username account ?
