US OPEN FINAL!

The US OPEN FINAL and the direct court stream with no advertising goes down. This is the final straw in what has been the most disappointing service of any sport, yet being the most expensive! 

We were told 'we are working on issues'. Well it's been two weeks and nothing has changed! Take the money and don't deliver on what was advertised.

Agree 100%. Subscription about to be cancelled forever.

Agree. Will cancel my subscription as soon as possible, but have difficulties to log in my account to do this. Terrible coverage of US Open.

It was really really bad.

Under dimensioned streaming capability all through the final.

Super low Res picture quality, dipping in and out.

Blocky blue / 3d bar code like screens displayed at times! 

Then as you say the live bonus stream actually failed with the screen

Generic Playback issue

On trying it again and again it displayed 

CDN error

There are no more CDNs to cycle 

And that was it for over half the match!

No bonus / ad free stream at all.

I paid extra £6 for boost! For higher Res and ad free!

I have timestamped photo evidence of the issues / failure.

Unbelievable end to a farcical 2 weeks of incompetence and incomplete coverage of a great event.

One of the 4 jewels in the tennis events crown wrecked for me by NowTV/Sky.

I've raised a formal complaint.

Really poor NowTV and Sky.

Over priced, poorly executed and a failure!

I won't be trying your useless lack of coverage again!
