Shows adverts even though I pay for boost

9 times out of 10, I see adverts but I pay £6pm to not have adverts. This is not reasonable, please fix it.

@EmilyE this is a customer to customer community so no one here can fix anything.

Are the adverts for 3rd party products or promos for Now/Sky content?

If it's the latter, they aren't classed as adverts and everyone gets them regardless of having boost membership.

What particularly are you viewing? Adverts are always shown on live streams. On demand content may have a trailer at the start.
