Hi,
I am new to these forums and wish to obtain some advice on how to resolve this issue that I have has for quite some time.
Every time I try to watch a Movie or a TV show, I receive an error code. This is displayed on the bottom right hand corner of the screen, which says Error code: player_error.
I have been in contact with customer services who by the looks of things, cant help. The chat support escalated this to a Technical Team, who then after a couple of emails escalated it further to a " Higher " Technical Team. The last email was on the 10th October.
Since then I have received no response. I have constantly asked for a manager to provide the support for this issue through their Live Chat. Every time I speak to some one, they say " some one will contact you soon ". Of course, one one ever does.
So with a faulty App on the Xbox One and bad Customer Support, I am left with no other option but to cancel my Subs.
Any help or advice is much appreciated.
