Not sure exactly what your problem is unless you can provide some further information.
Where perhaps then other forum members might have a few ideas for you to try out.
I am assuming when you created your nowtv account that you added your bank card details otherwise you can't use the nowtv service (even if you have a cinema voucher code or cinema pass bought elsewhere).
