BACK IN 2015 i took out free trial, allowed that to end as i enjoyed the service, then once i no longer had a device that supported now tv i cancelled it via their website after logging into my account, all went well and as far as i was concerned that was that... however, after browsing through a pile of bank statements ive discovered ive been charged each month from june 2015- now. i did wonder if this was a problem on my part, so tried to carry out same procedure as i did when i cancelled back in 2015 and the cancel option is not-nor has been highlighted to be able to click on, i am owed 2 years of £5.99 a month back, how do i go about this as im absolutely disgusted!!... we are a young family and money is very tight, and am i wrong in believing this is actually a form of theft?? any help greatly appreciated. kyle
