Subscription shock

Hello Now tv 

I signed up to your service last year and got 6 months free with the subscription. However what I wasn't aware of until now is that I was paying monthly for the whole of this year! 

I had no idea it would continue to roll on. You can check my account and see I haven't used your service for the whole year. The first time i logged in was today when something came up that reminded me of this service. 

 

Are you able to refund me for the months that I did not use your service?
