Refund

Hello

I had a 2 week free trial with Now TV,  but have now cancelled my pass. I was charged on 31 December 2018 for Hayu and Entertainment passes. I would like a refund of these amounts as I have not used the service and do not intend to use it. There was no warning given to say I was coming to the end of the free trial. 

How do I go about getting a refund?

I have been having money coming out of my account every week I do not use now tv and I was not told when my free trail would end so please can I have a refund please with what you have taken out my account as no longer use now Tc and please can u get back to me as soon as possible please thank you for your cooperation

Hi

 

i bought a now tv box and had a free pass. 

I have been charged £9.99 and I don’t use it. I have  cancled my subscribtion now but can you refund my money as I was not aware you would take any money out.
