Hello, I recently got a free pass buts it turns out it's not free & you have charged me £9.99. I would like a refund please.

HI 

 

i signed up for the free pass but now tv sais it was not compatible with my device. I cancelled my account but have now been charged £9.99. I would like a fefud as i did not get the use of this.
