Over payments and can't Cancel

I Have been trying to cancel Now TV since June I got it from the McDonald's free Vouchers then got the free box sent out and didn't use it enough to pay for it.
And with this I tried to use my old mobile phone Now profile which ended up being a separate account which I was now paying for 2 accounts,...

And thismorning after looking through my bank records I find out NOW HAVE BEEN TAKING DOUBLE PAYMENTS FROM MY BANK. Since June

Welcome to the forum. Sounds like you have active passes on both your accounts. Firstly make sure you cancel your passes on both your accounts to stop them renewing each month by going to your My Account > My Passes page http://account.nowtv.com/passes

You should see a list of any active passes you have on your account, with a cancel button next to them. Just click cancel and follow the steps all the way to the end. Remember to do this for both accounts.

As for a refund, you can try talking to live chat, explaining the situation and seeing if they can do anything for you as a courtesy. To get there go to the following help page

The best device to use when cancelling your passes/account is either a windows or Mac PC, people tend to run into trouble when trying to use anything else.

Thanks mate I got it cancelled using the link, just need the refund now
