Double charge

My pass expires 2 nd December but I have been charged 6.99 on 8th November. Rip off!!! Live chat ignores me

Unless there are problems with the 'Live Chat' service (which currently seem to be working okay)  you will not be ignored!

 

Sufficed to say, given that you have an 'account' related issue (which is subject to the Data Protection Act), you will need to contact a NOW TV representative either via 'Email' or preferably via the forums 'Live Chat' facility and explain your problem to them. Meaning account matters can't be discussed on the open forum!

 

 

The easiest way of accessing 'Live Chat' is by using a Windows or Mac computer, along with various many makes and models of mobile phones and tablets (provided their screen resolution is high enough). Here's what you need to do: -

 

  • Click on the following: How To Contact NOW TV link.
  • Click on the blue 'Start Live Chat' button on the left of the web page.
  • A new 'What can we help you with today?' pop-up window should open up.
  • Click on the 'Request Chat' button.

I see your message to the Forum was timed at 07:33 am.  Live Chat opens at 08:00 am each morning, so perhaps that was why you could get no response.

 

I hope your issue has been resolved now.  (I received excellent service from Live Chat at 09:30 this morning about an accounting problem, so it does work!)
