Hi we had a sky movies voucher which I cancelled to end on 12/1/2019 which I did but my daughter didn't realise and clicked on a movie to watch and subsequently bought another month. I cancelled this straight away but I will still be charged for the month. Is there anyway I can get it removed now? And refunded

Jump over to live chat and explain to them whats happend and ask them to cancel the pass and see if they will offer you a refund at the same time.

Also, to avoid anybody buying passes on your account in the future without you knowledge or permission go to My Account > Settings & Pin's on here and add a payment pin to your account.

Thank you that was brilliant. They have canceled the pass and will refund me in 5 working days
I have set up a pin so the kids can't do it again 👍 thanks again
