Seeking Advice: Alternatives to Calling NOW Broadband Customer Service for Contract Renewal

I received a notification from NOW Broadband about the end of my contract and a potential fee increase. They're offering a discount if I call to renew, but I'd prefer not to. Are there other ways to redeem this discount (Email?) ? Any advice would be appreciated.

Try this to see if anything helps:-

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
