I trust you haven't been charged twice. Have you checked that the payment details are up to date on My Account?
Check out the help pages for how best to contact NOW depending on whether you are talking about a broadband or TV service, they won't respond on here.

Do you subscribe to both NOW Broadband and NOW streaming ?
If so, there should be two entries to update your bank card details under your billing details and you need to update both.
