Laye Payment

For Now TV only, my payment has been attempted out of my account 4 days in a row. I'm looking to make the payment now but I'm being sent round in circles! I've checked my account and it just asks to change my details, which I have done. I've tried calling and it starts they can only discuss broadband issues over the phone.... 

Will this come out of my account automatically?? I just want to pay my bill it should not be this hard!!

You need to go onto live chat to speak with staff for anything TV membership related. Which is accessed by clicking 'chat online' within the green box. Don't hit 'get help quicker' as this is a bot.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
