I am struggling to get in contact with anyone to organise this. There is no account number that I can see on my online bills so when I try to contact someone on the phone I don't get anywhere as I am not able to input that information. I would like to speak to an actual person - is that possible? I can't find contact details anywhere on the Now website

Cancel what? You do know NOW offer both TV and broadband services.
TV is live chat (not 'Get help quicker')
Broadband is the call centre
