I have been paying for a boost membership that I have not authorised & this is on my bank statements, but it is not saying I have boost on my nowtv, this has been coming out my account for months!

Your not talking to staff that can provide you with refunds on this forum. You need to speak to staff directly.
Sounds like you have somehow managed to create another account. Use this link to determine the second account.

Jump onto live chat to discuss the situation and try get things sorted out. At the same time ask for that other account to be deleted.
Make sure you click "chat online" within the green box. Don't hit "get help quicker" as this is a bot.

Or maybe you have just a single account after all, and you have had Boost all along, possibly from a ‘free’ trial that Now threw in with something you did order, and which turned into a subscription, but as you never noticed it or activated it on any device, it just sat there, costing you money?
Either way, Live Chat should be able to see you have made no use of it, and refund you accordingly.
