Customer Service Hits New Low

This is just unbelievable!!

I received an email on Wednesday that told me that a complaint I'd made had been open to 8 weeks and offering be a number to call if I had questions, and boy, do I have questions! When I called it, it just turned out to be the NOW broadband number (my complaints have all been about TV) and selection the TV option just gave be a recorded message pointing me back to the website.

Talk about adding insult to injury or rubbing salt into the wound. This is just incredible. I seriously don't think I've ever come across such an incompetent and useless company. I was also told I could raise the matter with CISAS but that seems to be a service for ISPs, rather than TV too.

I've raised further complaints about this but I'm seriously thinking of just giving up an cancelling my subscription.

@petecc

Thats cause the call centre is for broadband customers only. The TV side is live chat only.

To get live chat you need to click “chat online” within the green box. Avoid the “get help quicker” as this is a bot.

Or email support.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Yes, I now know that. That was the point! They sent me an email, specifically about a TV complaint (that has been open for 8 weeks), signed by "The NOW TV Team", that included (direct quote):

"We’re continuing to work to find a satisfactory resolution and will update you regularly on our progress. Got a question? Give us a call on 0330 332 3050."
