Problem that needs solved!

I just recently made an account with nowTV, and I was watching a movie and the power went off unexpectedly, so when my Xbox restarted and I was signed in I went back on to nowTV and it asked me to sign in! I entered my details and it keeps coming up with a message saying "Give it a moment, or Check nowTV.com/status for updates.'

It's not letting me sign back in! Needing help ASAP!!
