Looping Image/Blank Green Screen

i am experiencing an issue with my Now TV App on my Xbox that, upon watching any movie or TV series, allows me to watch about 10 seconds before the image loops/jumps the same few frames. Then, after leaving the player, after returning, I am met with a completely blank, green screen.

If anyone has any suggestions that isn't:
Sign out/back in
restart the App
re install the App
Clear caches

Please help me out!

I'm sorry to hear you've been having issues with watching NOW TV on your Xbox One.

 

Are you getting similar issues on any other device?

 

Have you tried resetting your wireless router?

with my console not the app! All sorted now
