My router died today no lights on it, explained to call agent line works fine but she insisted that an open reach engineer visit is needed as it could be a line issue. Explained I require a router as I work from home and when I asked if engineer will have a router she didn't sound sure. Can someone let me know they will have one as I'm already missing work 😩.

The Openreach engineer will definately not have a router, get back onto support, and hope you can get a better agent this time.

You don’t get broadband support on here I am afraid. Best to call the broadband team again to get it sorted out.
