no internet

Hello, I write more than once about my problem - I don’t have the Internet - you don’t answer me and you don’t take any action, I will be forced to apply for a refund and compensation! I have provided all the necessary data - please let me know when the Internet will work at my address?

You are not communicating with Now here. Nobody here can help you.

hi - yes of course - last Friday - I sent them everything I had and asked for a technician - but I haven’t been able to contact them for 5 days - I wrote to them by email - but they stopped answering! I can’t get through on the phone! tired of them!

The number in the link provided by @Jayach  is the best working number to get in touch. They do only work 8am to 8pm though.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
