no internet since Friday

no broadband connectivity since Friday at SL3 8XA what is going on?

Below are some standard things you can and probably have done before calling the team.

Also when you report it and only when you report it you’ll no doubt be in line for compensation.

Have you asked Now Broadband that?

We are all just customers like yourself here, and the simple broadbrush tools we have access to aren’t reporting issues in Slough 😢

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
