It also has nothing to do with where you live. Many cities will still have dire broadband speeds in some areas or companies that you go with.

London does not always equal fast broadband, likewise the countryside does not always equal slow broadband  , sometimes the opposite can be true.

Is this a slow connection over Wifi, or ethernet ? that is are you suffering form poor wifi or poor broadband/internet speeds?
