I have tried several times to get the Now call center operative to match my address (which is on the post code database) with the Openreach database so I can order a new broadband connection.
They allways reply with "computer says no "and there is nothing more they can do including the so called surperviser.
Is this a Now policy as Sky does not have this problem nor do other ISPs.
