Our new broadband always disconnected about 12 hours every day. It does not seem like problem in our house. Mostly, the net would drop when it was raining, even very small rain. And sometimes it dropped without rain, like today. We cannot connect to internet from 14:00 to 22:00

More importantly have you called the broadband team? As we are all customers like you so won't be able to get anything resolved for connection issues.
