Wifi calling does not work, no customer service with sky nor now tv.

This whole thing is a scam, that is uncancellable since I was working away when it started the contract. I cannot contact anybody to fix the issue nor to cancel.

It's not a scam, you're just having an unfortunate situation going on. You need to call the broadband team. See link for number.

Wi-Fi calling is dependant upon the mobile carrier not the broadband, (AFAIK) so who are you with?

What’s the ‘it’ that started the contract? No human intervention?

Or did you perhaps mean ‘I’? Situations are much harder to sort out when the customer is remote 😢
