This whole thing is a scam, that is uncancellable since I was working away when it started the contract. I cannot contact anybody to fix the issue nor to cancel.

It's not a scam, you're just having an unfortunate situation going on. You need to call the broadband team. See link for number.

What’s the ‘it’ that started the contract? No human intervention?
Or did you perhaps mean ‘I’? Situations are much harder to sort out when the customer is remote 😢
