Wifi Dropping out

New connection today. 4 devices connected.  2 keeps dropping wifi connection. my need is to connect 6 devices. i read somewhere hub can only do upto 4 devices. is it true?

For the Wi-fi devices, try splitting the bands which should help.

24, I would hope.

Are the devices that are dropping the ones furthest away from the router?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
