WiFi speed and strength is unusable

Had this broadband package for a month or so and iv assumed the speeds would get better the longer I used it but it's not the case. 

It constantly looses connection with the 2 pcs and everyone's phones in the house and if it does eventually connect to them then the download speed is 0.05Mbs/s or there abouts.

It takes several minutes for web pages to load and if an application is launched it's stopped in its tracked by an update that says it's going to take days to complete.

Both pcs connect to all hotspots on our phones and download at over 80Mbs/s.

One of the pcs is 2m away from the hub and gets 2 bars of signal where as I can sit in my car in the street with my hotspot on and still get 4 out of 5 bars of signal.

Anyone got any ideas?

Use ethernet connections where possible. 

Split the wifi bands as this should improve (key word should) speeds.

That said a search on the forum will show you what you already know. The router from NOW is not good. 

Any additional equipment to help things won't come from NOW as they only provide the router. 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
