My whatsapp doesn't work when I connect to my now WIFI, it works however when I connect to my neighbour's wifi (virgin). Is there a privacy setup that I need to tweak I wonder? Any help will be appreciated

Try changing the broadband buddy settings to 18 or off altogether.
