What's my data download limit?

I have a couple of teenage family members staying with me, using their tablets and smartphones connected to my Now Super Fibre broadband - the 37.1mbps guaranteed tariff.

I'd like to find out:

  1. what is my monthly data download limit (if any)
  2. if there is a monthly data limit, is there any way  I can find out what the usage of that limit was / is, for last month and the current month to date?

Hi @silverfoxNTV202

It's unlimited so no need to worry.

There is a bit of information in this NOW article in the link below.

Thankyou! I'll check that out now 🙂 The reason I'm interested is because it might be cheaper to tether my mobile, and use its data rather than have a separate broadband package

Hi @Snapdragon

I sent you a reply on the own thread you created.

If you are referring to TV streaming data using NOW TV service (and not NOW  Broadband) then I think it's something between 1.5 to 2 Gigabytes every hour you stream content on NOW per a device streamed.

I have never looked into it, because I am on an unlimited plan.

Should you be referring to NOW Broadband itself, then ignore the above.
