I keep getting an error message when trying to watch nowtv. The error code is OVP_00013 and it says VPN access restricted. I do not have a VPN. I have tried resetting my IP address by turning my wifi router off and on again but it hasn’t worked. I have tried watching it across multiple devices and keep getting the same message. It’s really frustrating. Has anyone else had a similar problem?
