VDSL2 Connection Keeps Dropping

My connection stays up for several hours (sometimes even a few days), and then for period of about an hour, the VDSL2 link drops repeatedly, so for the next hour it might drop 10 times and then reconnect. Then it will be stable again for several hours (or even days), and then repeats [although it mostly seems to do this once per day]. Any ideas?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
