Unexpected Error opening app on iphone 11

Keeps crashing when i open the app.

Have looked on this forum and have tried all the fixes mentioned i.e. turn off private relay and reinstall the app, software update etc.

Spent 40 minutes on the online service and they have passed me to the concerns team whatever that is ?

its driving me nuts !!

Best to stick to one thread, lest you get fragmented answers.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

Have a read of these screen shots taken from NOW Twitter Help (X).

I did ask @Tony-D from the NOW Team who I think going on the initials TD from the last couple of tweets in the two screen shots on another thread if there is any news or progress with this "unexpected error" message on iOS NOW App devices.
