I work from home and have been trying to change the broadband settings for ages now. It is censoring which sites I visit (perfectly harmless sites). It is effecting my work! Any help much appreciated.

I have seen this occur on a few customers accounts, where i am assuming you are logged in with your Broadband account details and you can see the option to make adjustments in the Broadband Buddy settings under My Account > Settings & Pins and nothing happens.

I have just accessed Broadband Buddy settings on my account with no problems.
Maybe try a different internet browser (i use MS Edge) if no luck get in touch with the NowTV Broadband Team.

If there was no joy getting through to the telephone number on the link that i previously posted, then if you use Twitter send NowTV Help a tweet, otherwise drop them an email from the details on this screen shot below.
