What is the number to speak to an advisor? I am a paying broadband customer, my lines are fine but my hub is still not functioning the way that it should and I am unable to actually speak to anyone about it because the checks say fine? Please could somebody advise

Call 150 from a Now landline, or take your pick of:-

0800 759 1213, 0330 041 2518, 0330 041 2462, 0330 332 3050, 0330 041 2473, 0333 759 4816

Though it sounds as if you have perhaps hit that annoying problem where you call Now Broadband, get an initial diagnostic that tells you everything is fine, even though it isn’t, and won’t let you go any further?

In which case, rather than chat to Now, you might prefer to email them, which you can do on

customerservices@ nowtv.com

(omit the space, needed here as the Community software ‘eats’ any properly formed email addresses we might try to post).

Or you could post more details here of what your hub isn’t doing that you think it should, or vice versa, and take advantage of the considerable expertise of your fellow-customers here.

Be sure to tag it Broadband though, to alert our specialists, not just generalists like me 😛

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

@Benjmit I’m in the same boat it says it’s fine but isn’t working, I spoke to someone who provided no help or solution on the phone at Now and it’s been like this since Thursday it’s a joke

Try calling again. The quality of support people varies, and you might get a good one. If you don’t get the help you need ask to be escalated, until you get some higher-level tech who can help.

I had an issue Friday where M&S wiped a gift card, and then told me there was nothing on it. I had to go up three levels, but by God, I stuck at it until I found someone who could fix it, and provide a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience to boot.
