I get this every 5 min watching sport on my computer, since they moved to in browser streaming.

I have cleared cache many times but it still happens, on chrome and edge.

Give it a moment, or check the internet connection.

Have you tried unplugging your router for a few minutes?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
