Try the steps in the post earlier and if splitting the bands as well as a factory reset to the router doesn’t work then you’ll need to call the team.
However lines are closed as they work 8am-8pm.

Have you been a customer for 10+ days? If so have you tried a factory reset to the router by holding the reset button for 15 seconds?
For wifi you can split the bands.
